HONGYOU (FUJIAN) NONWOVENS CO.,LTD.is located in JinJiang , a famous brand city of FuJian Province,and was started producing imitation leather fabric since 1994 as a small workshopes. After years of development till 2010. We Officially registered in Company name as HONGYOU(FUJIAN) NONWOVENS CO.,LTD.
We are focusing on producing nylon and polyester fabric now. and our main products are including nylon spunbond nonwovens. RPET Stitch bonded fabric. PET needle punch fabric series.
Nylon Spun bond Nonwovens, is made from 100% Polyamide (nylon6 and nylon6.6). Currently we have different designs for customers' choosing. Such as Minus"-",Plus"+",Peanut"8",Dot"." Etc. They are well used as shoe lining. Bag Interlining. Jacket Interlining. Apparel. Sofa and furniture packing. Tape Yarns. Body warmer. Filtration. Geotextiles. Automotive lining.
Stitch-bonded Fabric, is made from 100% Recycled PET. We own 6 lines imported from Germany, and have Printing workshop and other processing lines like Flame Retardant Process, Dyeing Process, Coating Process. Products are well used in Mattress.Blinds. Water proof roof covering.Shoe Lining.Shopping Bags etc.
We are experienced in the Post Processing of Stitch-bonded Fabric, and set goals to the long-term development for Stitch-bonded Fabric Industry. With Global Recycle as aim, and professional as spirit, the recycled products we manufactured, are soft, durable, healthy, renewable, and subtle, to become the best choice of customers around the world.
PET Needle punched Fabric is made of 100% polyester. We have 4 production lines of High-speed Needle-punching nonwoven fabric which could produce all kinds of advanced needle punching nonwoven fabric, pu leather substrate, automotive interior decoration( headliner,trunk,carpet) and high density filter material.
